Frequently asked

What is needed to start a school?

To start a school the following ingredients are essential:

  1. Faithful, pioneering families willing to work in the project.
  2. Minimum 10, but ideally 18 pupils.
  3. Oversight and leadership from a faithful Board of Directors.
  4. An administrator to organise the daily nuts and bolts.
  5. A location with rooms, desks, chairs, printers, teaching aids, etc.
  6. Internet, IT domain, MS Office apps, file sharing.
  7. 6 missionary teachers (2 English, 2 Maths, 1 History, 1 Science).
  8. A clear Mission Statement, Philosophy & Goals.
  9. Curricula to suit the philosophy and goals.
  10. A plan for registration.

Without any one of the above the project almost certainly fail. While a host of other criteria are
important, e.g. the policies and infrastructure required for registration, they can follow opening day.
Some infrastructure can ONLY be built after opening.
